Oscar founded Guía Costa Rica al Día to bring together the drivers, guides and small business owners who make tourism work in Costa Rica's towns.
He's the first person you talk to. He listens to what you want to see, puts the plan together with you and assigns certified professionals from the community to each part of your trip.
He also documents the country from the road: his YouTube channel has more than 250 videos about Costa Rica's routes, towns and people.
